QUALITY OFFICE ASSISTANT
OVERVIEW OF THE POSITION:
The Office Assistant will support quality related functions conducive to the company’s quality objectives, procedures and guidelines. To achieve this he/she will be utilizing the company’s business system, related programs and reporting functions. He/she will also build positive relations with internal and external customers.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
• Respond to general inquiries from internal and external clients
• Answer telephone calls
• Data entry for all new files and other items
• Store files via network or electronic media
• File all reports and documents
• Use of general office equipment (photocopier, scanner etc)
• Maintain adequate supply of literature and maintain mailing addresses
Assist team members as required

EDUCATION, KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
• High School Diploma
• 1 – 2 years experience in an office environment
• Must be well versed in Microsoft Office Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Outlook
• Excellent command of the English language verbal and written
